Vineseeker....I recall the $16 million requirement as well and hava a follow-up question for you and the board.

If SNP were to opt for a minimum spending plan in Phase II (ie only $16 m on each Addax/SNP Block), then why wouldn't they have announced Phase II six months ago and applied the evaluation costs being incured now toward Phase II's $16m requirement?

I'm thinking (and hoping) that their present evaluation efforts are much grander than meeting the minimum. I guess we'll know more in two weeks.

I'd also add that perhaps more telling of the JDZ resources will be ERHE's NSAI analysis.
