'sneak'...what possible connection could there be between all this rumor of Governor Zhou's defection and SNP releasing news on a JDZ Phase II go-ahead or buy-in to a tiny little company like ERHE? The "stuff" of Fredrick Forsyth perhaps but little more.

Frankly I don't see it. IMHO
