i quite agree. people with "titles" who say they were in the dark is inexcusable! cant tell me your a ceo, director, etc. and not be "in the loop!" if investors buying this garbage about not being in the loop.....i've got a bridge i'd like to sell ya.

the more i look into this, the more ticked off i get. if TM sold eco safe to tggi for shares, eco safe belonged to the company, e.g. the shares he's hoarding belongs to the company and is required to be reported on financially. its an asset to the company, yet...looking at the amne fins, i dont see it listed.

these issues are huge and should be brought to the AG's attention. pure mismanagement, fraud, incompetence....take your pick. and obtw, GG is just as involved in this as TM.
