This is one big frustrating stock so be careful with this one.

Some facts about this stock:

1. No PR in over two years.
2. This went from a reporting to a pink Sheet
3. Website has not been updated in over two years.
4. Pinksheets have not received any current information about this stock
5. This stock has never had a bull run in its existence, only had brief rallies.
6. From the last Filed report with the SEC, the company's accounts show it is insolvent.
7. It appears that management has lost complete interest in the company.
