I like EVERYTHING about this company...EXCEPT the fact that they said they are urging shareholders to increase the authorized share count to 5,000,000,000 at the end of the quarter because they are going to be in default of their notes. And they have the majority shares, with the float being at 335M and the O/S at 850M+

Because of that, I am staying away from HHGI, but I wish you all the best of luck. I'd like to maybe see those notes paid off in some sort of other means besides dilution of the stock...then it would be a real easy play to .0025 IMO. But I don't think they are just going to produce this money out of thin air. They obviously don't think they are going to have the money because they are asking shareholders to increase the authorized share count from 1 Billion to 5 Billion.
