But in response to your question about what KATX got in return for HandCamp---

They received 161 million shares of BVIG common stock,,, of which they distributed to its (katx) shareholders on a 1 for 4 distribution---

On the books---they might chalk it up to "Good-Will"

But legally since we were all compensated for the loss of Hand Camp as an asset---we can't complain----or can we???
