As i see it the options have a running "time value" and an instrinsic value which is what is stockprice -18$
If time is up only the instrinsic value is left.
So the option value is always higher than stockprice -18$ but if the end is coming soon the time value gets less ans less.

Timevalue left + stockprice -18$= pps for the option.
This counts for 1:1 ones..i dont know if you aswell have 1:10 ones there if so then 0.10* -18$ takes place for instrinsic value..
