One fact missing from your post: The WCFC offerings via VOD are FREE! LOL So, in short, the VOD feature, while presenting revenue opportunities for the Cable carrier, offers zero revenue for those(WCFC) providing "free content"...as a matter of fact...it will cost AVEW money! LOL
