Not exactly. If you put a GTC of $1.85 (when the price right now is 0.145), it means that MM's cannot sell your shares unless they reach that price. In practical terms, you are placing your shares beyond the reach of brokers and MM's, therefore causing them not to be able to borrow your shares and "short them".

If you want to sell them, say for example afterwards, at 0.50 a share, if the price is there, you have to go and change that order. Hope that helps.


I personally, willl set a high selling price my shares for Monday at 1 dollar a share. But that is just me, what do I know?
