I've found I need to place more emphasis on time frame charts shorter than 30 min for my day trades.

Although 30 min charts are still useful and important to follow, for me, the shorter ones, help to reduce the fear and confusion the current market is dishing.

And some days I just watch.

I'm glad you made money on your BGU trade; it looked scary to me on the shorter time frames when you opened it.
