Sherifff Shaka, based on the past the odds do not favor approval by the 9/8/2010 date. How much this really effects the PPS is not known. Don't see the .10 number immediately, but no one is happy about the delays, for many reasons. Looks like pretty good support at the .17 - .20 level now, but I try and stay tuned to madtig interpretation of the daily chart.
