rokosnik, If you hold onto your KATX shares, you could gain some KATG shares for the sale of Twilite Property. If you misssed out on the July 16th record date for the BVIG / KATG shares for Handcamp Property then that opportunity has passed. But you are still eligible for whatever the Twilite Share Distribution is when it occurs.

You might think about buying some BVIG / KATG shares when they are finally free to trade, just so you could end up owning more KATG shares when it does become the parent company of both corporations. All of your KATX shares will become KATC shares eventually.
