Joe, do you have a magic number at Telvue where we can get some questions answered? I can't get a hold of anyone there and they won't return my calls. I have a series of questions I would like answered. Possibly you are able to talk to someone there and get them answered? If so, let me know. Here are the questions:

Regarding the last Q I would like some guidance on debt repayment (when they expect to be in the green, how many more quarters); what are their goals for growth and adding value; is a dividend planned in the near future; what need, if any, do they have for cash and will that require dilution of any kind; any changes planned for the share structure; do they plan on an uplisting in their future and, if so, what time frames do they believe are realistic.
