From the packet I received -

Dear Shareholder/Bondholder,

In order to have your vote counted, your ballot must be received at least one day prior to the vote cut-off date stated in the materials, via the enclosed return envelope.

So. . . we really have until September 8th to get our ballots in (and that's cutting it extremely close) - September 6th to be safe?

Also, I am not sure how many shares I held as of July 23, 2010 and so I have to contact my Nominee - does anyone know who this is?
