False pretenses? On EXPH? Just my personal opinion again, but here's one source of what I believe are several EXPH posts containing published "data" I personally would seriously question:

I believe everyone really should take a look at EXPH's financials. Maybe just once. Lots of "actual facts" in there. They prove almost everything I have ever written about EXPH as a company to be correct from a financial perspective. My disclaimer is simply so my opinions are never confused as being presented as "actual facts". Say, like a bunch of pictures of wood and people standing around with JD Brown might be used to "prove" anything that is then published about EXPH along with those pictures somehow is an "actual fact". That could be considered deceptive and mislead people into buying EXPH shares without knowing all the facts necessary. All IMHO.
