"Montana will be permitted to issue a press release upon the signing of this preliminary Letter of Intent by an authorized representative of DMS. Montana and DMS agree to take all reasonable precautions to prevent any trading in Montana's securities by their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents having knowledge of the proposed Reorganization until the proposed Reorganization has been sufficiently publicly disclosed.
