Any legal beagles out there? . . .

Is it possible that a shareholder submission can be put in place for next year's proxy (I understand its too late for this year) that can put in place a mandate that any member of the BOD must be voted in by a simple majority of votes and will be removed if they don't receive that majority? Maybe also a mandate that the BOD has at least 5-7 members (not paid the ridiculous amounts they currently receive). The proxy statement concerning the COB was a shareholder attorney's dream statement come true IMO. What arrogance! These bozos must go!!
