Hey Gator, Good to see You here. Those are Good Questions. Aliangel has Much More Knowledge here But I will try Give You my Perspective.

There have been the 3 splits which is Usually a Red Flag. I go to "OTC Markets" (where You can Find the Dates of the Splits) and "StockScores.com" Regularly for my Info. One of a number of Strengths about StockScores IMO is their "Quick and Easy" Charts. If You click "Max" it goes back to 2005 and the PPS was a couple of Thousand. Not Really Pertinent. It was ~$5.00 pre-Latest Split 12/16/2009. Then dropped radically.

Brand New CEO is Antonio Papa (haven't found much on Him yet). The former CEO Douglass Pritt is staying on as Chairman of the Board Apparently, which is Always a Positive.

Have they Truly "Turned the Corner". There Certainly is a Need and now a Mandate from the "Gubment" for their products.
The New Share Structure is Insane. Will it Hold?
