Yes I can share the conversations that I had with the CEO (Mr. Jones). I first started talking to Kenyatta when I decided to do a little DD on Inka Grill, since Nutripure was giving PR's about it's involvement with Inka Grill.
I will repost the letter I got from Don Boroian to show how Nutripure had lied in their PR's about the Inka Grill.

I hope everyone the best of luck with this stock. I had 21,000,000 shares at one time and then the reverse split came and took my shares down to 420. Yes, a big OUCH!!! I don't want to sound like a downer but for me to break even on this stock it would have to shoot up to $13.10 a share, I don't see that happening anytime soon! Inka Grill...that PR was a lie. I talked to the owner back in 2008 and she told me that she never agreed to do business with Nutripure Beverages.

Read the attachment and note the date. Also click on to this link to see for yourself.

Again, trust this company if you want and I wish you all the best of luck but I don't believe a word they say in their PR's!!!

Dear Harlan:

Thank you for forwarding the press release. This is an outrage. I officially notified Alan Rothman over a month ago that we were terminating our relationship on this project and I called him a few weeks ago when I received calls from other potential investors. He ran this PR release with full knowledge that we were not involved in the project and is using our company to promote the sale of stock in a company in which even the owner of the company has disengaged herself from his company. It is incredible that he continues to sell stock in a company he does not own or have an equity interest in nor an agreement nor an agreement for representation..I spoke to the owner this afternoon and she is as enraged as we are over this blatant and illegal use of our names.

I was horrified to learn from you that you have invested thousands of dollars in this company on the pretext that Inka Grill and Francorp are involved.

Please keep me informed of any activity. Rest assured that we will cooperate fully in any action taken by anyone to put a stop to this. We are referring this to our legal counsel for action.

Sincerely

Don Boroian

Kenyatta never really gave me a "what for or a how come" answer regarding Inka Grill, but said that we (Nutripure) were moving forward in regards to producing water.
The next time I had spoken to Kenyatta was right after the R/S. he told me that the value (dollar amount) of my shs should still be the same ($2,100.00), I told him that the new value was under $600.00 that with the split of 50,000/1 that the stock should be trading at $5.00 a share but it was like a $1.70 per share. Kenyatta told me that he would look into this for me but after several conversations with him after that day I could clearly see that it really didn't matter to him. His reasoning behind the R/S was to build value for the shareholder... I would personally prefer to have my 21 million shs especially with it's ask @ .0014.
I believed in this company, I also got many friends and family members involved too. We all believed the fluff PR's that Kenyatta gave back then and as far as I can see, he is still giving them...(JMO). Without a product being sold, how does a company stay in business?? JMO again, but I think a 50/000/1 R/S with the new value per share down to .0014 x 2 PLUS Billion shares probably helps!
