thanks for the message, purplemountain. for whatever reason i can only read it in my email email notification. for anyone else who can't see it...:

I just spoke with someone who was at today's hearings. Apparently Mel Liston of Clean Power was on the witness stand today, and from what this person told me it was not a good day to be Mel.
