Montana is going to pay $2 per share....about $25 Million dollars for this company, which is basicly a shell. The note of $2 can be postponed (forever if they wish...hmmmm- after the 6 month deadline for payment.) They are also gonna give you 1 for 1 of Montana stock. rotflmao
This doesn't make the smell test LT. Short term....a wonderful way to make money from the other traders. (I'm sure that both companies have participants in the great gains here today as well)
