What kind of DD have you done?
I called the phone number still listed as the headquarters in California...a receptionist answered from the property managers office and said the company has long been out of that space.
I live in Florida and I go to Melbourne Beach quite a bit.
The "new address" is listed in this area. I went by the supposed location. There is no business. Trust me. If I were to have met up with Tom Gaffney both the police and an ambulance would have been called. He has swindled everyone.

Please though, try to convince me otherwise....
Best bet for this stock is that another company takes over the shell and promotes a new company.
If you want a better medical MJ stock, try MJNA..or others, because this sucker is toast.
