Well anyone who asks when they should dump shares to me, doesn't seem like they are the "savviest" of investors. IMO half of his 40 million shares should have been sold when this ran to and past 001 on Wednesday (for a double) and then another 10 should have been sold on the way up to 002.

Selling smaller blocks into a run makes you money and keeps it going. This is penny land, you can't just buy 40 mil at 0005 and then expect to sell a 40 mil block at 002
