Good news it is, and earlier than the 45 days they had promised to update at. I notice they talk about paying cash this time as opposed to a share issue in the last PR. That would be nice but do they have the cash? Id hate to see more stock issued especially at this price. They would have to issue 5.8 billion shares to pay for this at current prices (I cant see the seller being happy with that). (Even at 10 cents they still issue 580 million.) I wonder why the stock price is still down? Should be nearer 5 cents by now.
