Ok So I have a general question here:

How long does it usually take for these companies who are given shares to dilute them into the float?

Heres what I see on the report...

Date of offering Investor Price # of shares
4/15/2010 Protégé-Debt Con. .00389 126,000,000
5/12/2010 Protégé-Debt Con. .00066 114,000,000
5/13/2010 E-Lionheart .0008 63,750,000
5/20/2010 E-Lionheart .00065 78,461,539
6/01/2010 E-Lionheart .000550549 109,000,000
6/11/2010 E-Lionheart .00385 155,844,156
6/15/2010 Protégé-Debt Con. .0005 100,000,000
6/17/2010 E-Lionheart .00385 155,844,156
6/21/2010 Capital Edge .00055 91,000,000
6/22/2010 TJ Management .000385 167,125,090
6/23/2010 E-Lionheart .0003333 300,000,000
TOTAL SHARES ISSUED 1,459,813,402

I can't find the PR that says the first 2 production runs have been paid for, so I can't put a date on that but we had some big volume days in July so we may actually be getting to the end of all these 1.5 billion shares entering the float...no?

Sorry if I rambled a little there...
