Due to the tremendous response to our 2010 Small Gen RFP, our qualitative and
quantitative analysis has taken longer than expected to complete. To ensure all projects
are thoroughly and equitably reviewed, APS is delaying the Short List notification until
Wednesday, September 15, 2010.
APS apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause.

This is not good news to me. "Tremendous response" means more companies applied for the PPA, less chances for PBEC to get it.
