Here is what the rest of an article reporting on the arrest of "Tony" Perez had to say, but I suspect the ONE poster who posted earlier didn't want to put this in his first post...

Perez allegedly conducted business under the name Phoenix Entertainment Group but no work was completed. Perez provided victims with counterfeit invoices and bank statements, MBPD Officer Stephanie Martin said.

It sounds to me as if this "Tony" Perez didn't do any work. That REALLY doesn't sound like the same Phoenix Entertainment Group now, does it?
