it just didn't start dilute yet. If they don't dilute, the whole purpose of r/s doesn't exist. The crook did r/s because he wants to sell more shares to get cash. once the sold shares flood to market, they will begin dilution. I recommend to sell your shares before it goes to triple zero. Take cash any left.
