Genesis Investment AG currently holds the patent rights for "Mobile Cube". Feb, 19, 2009

They invested/bought into Green Eco Sys LLC and expected to deliver 25 Mobile Cubes to the North American licensee last year. One went to Haiti, purchased by US Gov. Agency for trial.

Trunz manufactures the Mobile cube under license from Genesis Investment.

Our last PR from Lin was Jan. 20, 2009. At that time it was my understanding that Lin and probably Gordan controlled the patent and Trunz was the manufacturer for the Mobil Cube.

What has Lin been doing. Has she "loaned or sold or partnered or lost the patent rights to the
Mobile Cube one month after her last PR.
