"Terminator 3000" Pacificor/TDGI Negotiations Recap

Some here may be wondering what happened with the Pacificor/TDGI "Terminator 3000" Negotiations. On Tuesday August 17 the Agent for the Terminator franchise William Morris Endeavor, Attorney Timothy Trager, and Pacificor met with TDGI CEO Eric Parkinson (we do not know for sure, but possibly 20th Century Fox) at Pacificor's headquarters in Santa Barbara. That was 10 days ago, 8 Business Days.

IF Pacificor decided against the idea they would want to protect their Franchise, enforce the Cease and Desist Order, and demand that TDGI retract their Announcement of "Terminator 3000". However, this has not happened, we have not heard any word whatsoever. One can only assume that Pacificor and TDGI have entered a "Silent Period" and are still in negotiations over "Terminator 3000".

Now, for Pacificor and TDGI to still be in discussions after 8 Business Days strongly suggests that the two sides indeed have something to talk about "Terminator 3000". At what stage of talks they are in we have no idea, however, Pacificor could have ended this all as far back as August 17, but Pacificor has chosen not to do that, so they are still in discussions. It sure looks like EP is still bending the ears of Pacificor, that is all we as TDGI Shareholders can ask at this point. All we can do is be patient and let the two parties hammer out their discussions, but the point is, they are still discussing.
