Hi Toucan, and to all the guys who were wishing me & Mom well and who were looking for word today: Thank you, my Mom's appt went well and she's doing better so I took off with time to get to the courthouse, et cetera. As my luck seems to be these days I ended up with a blowout on I95 I guess from some road construction debris [a nail/bolt] and when I finally got the donut spare on, it was flat. Hadn't been used in 10 years so most of the air escaped over time so I had to wait for AAA to come with some air and by the time all was said and done it was close to 3pm, so that explains my failed attempt to be in the courtroom to pass on news. I even got a friend to sit at our house with the computer on so I could call him and he could post something for me. So basically it was a f%$^&ed up adventure. So I'm sorry to have been a let down.
