You make a lot of sense with your scenario; and the RS should come after that run. For anyone buying now or up to about $0.20 it will not be a disastrous move. Just remember though at $0.50 and a Billion shares O/S yields a market cap of $500 million that $500M would apply even without an RS; It is probable the share price could settle to between $0.13 and $0.20 and a reasonable 100 to 1 RS would put the share price at $13.00 to $20.00 and a market cap of $130M inline with the expected cash flow and 10M OS leaves plenty of of room to issue new shares to the investment bankers. We have an unbelievable opportunity here. At the present price and up to about $.13 its like free money, if they execute the plan of course.
