Well, there are a LOT!! of "street/parking lot lights" in the USA. Replacing ALL of them with "LED" lighting would be the GREEN! thing to do. That equates to a LOT! of $$ in the process.

HSCO landing some "municipal" contracts in the process would send the stock through the roof.

2 things I like about this stock.. business plan is "do-able" and share structure is TIGHT!
