Well, OTC are certainly necessary in the world of pinks, as they provide a service for investors and for Companies alike. I am quite sure, that their requirements are strict, as they should be, I mean look who they are dealing with in Pinkie land. Most of these companies are fly by nights who operate as pump and dump money machine scams/.

It is not OUR job as shareholders to make sure that RICKY the wunderkind and the college graduate tony know which paperwork or what is required of them to submit the proper paperwork. They should know, and it should be done and taken care of months ago, and that goes for BOTH companies. They are making excuses, and deflecting the issue by not addressing it.

They file legal incorporation docs, from what it looks like on a daily basis, to open new shells, so they are very well aware of protocol and following guidelines and requirements asked of them. This really is a simple matter. They just choose not to address it, and one can only draw conclusions as to why a simple matter like this, which would ease investors minds, is not put on top priority. My guess is the company does not want to do it.
