This has turned in to a Bashfest IMO

Question for the board:

Other than the uncertainty of the 45day+ (or whatever)update on the DTRA TMTI contract and the new $15mil ATM

What has changed since we were at $4/share in May?

Most of the negitive things brought up here were there when PPHM was at $4
Can the DTRA/TMTI and the ATM have brought the pps down this much???
