*Status update on the TQD patent.

Thank you for your support and I think you will find Dr. Wong also has a number of very distinguished affiliations.
With regard to our filings our year end was 30 June so our next filing will be a 10K not a 10Q. We are currently working on this filing and I believe it will be completed within the allotted time.
With regard to the Rice patent, the patent attorneys, Baker Mckensie, have advised that they have no concerns with our patent being awarded.
Nonetheless the U.S Patent office works at its own pace and we will just have to continue to be patient. Once the work is done with Access2Flow we will be filing several additional patents.

btw; Stephen is aware that I'd be posting his response to my inquiry.
OT; I'd do more DD on Dr.Wong as Mr.Squires indicated but....it's a whole lot harder doing Google cold-call DD on somebody with a common name like 'Wong' , than it is chasing-down info on a person named 'Jabbour'. Ghassan is easy...Wong gets lost in the shuffle.
