Just got of the phone with Zach- Very Good Call! 3:15pm EST 8/26/2010

In my opinion, he appears to be is very friendly young man who cares about the investors.

According to Zach,the company is doing very well. They have lots of projects coming up for the fall televison season. Talent Quest is still in development. Due to the securities laws he didn't want to say much. So, in regards to the next PR, he said there will definitely be one by the end of year (he said this to be safe). He also said, expect some news very soon. In my opinion, "the rumor about a convoy of PR's" this fall is very true. He would not talk about the share structure (at all) but he was very friendly. At the end of the call Zach, thanked me for all the support. I would say, we now have a direct contact at DVME. In my opinion, I think they don't want to say anything about R/S or stock buy back because they do not want to back the company into a corner. The bet is on the convoy of PR's about all the up coming things this fall. As with any investment risk = reward; especially with sub penny triple zero pink sheet stocks.

Again, my opinion is that, Zach appears to be is very friendly young man who cares about the investors and the company is definitely alive and well!!
