well i'm not happy about the situation w/ the attorney, but he should have sued to keep himself as the contingency attorney instead of just walking away at the first sign of barnett telling him to go, that was his mistake, and imho will cost him, but yes, its starting to look like being a moderator here might have been a mistake, but i am thick skinned, so i'll stick around to see what happens
