I don't think she hears from Edwin at all.

The one that calls himself: President of the Board of Directors?
If you read the financial reports, when they discuss changes to
the Articles of Incorporation, they say it was done in accordance
with the "Board of Directors", ROFLMAO!! One dude, authorizing
increases in the A/S like it was some sort of Board Meeting that
took place!
If there are secret claims being negotiated, I'm cool with that.
I respect business folks that try to protect company assets,
but when people are asking "Basic Questions" about how a company's
business model is operating, shareholders deserve answers.
I'm thinking about making a list of other companies that Karen
represents, and visiting some of the discussion boards for those
companies just to see what their sentiment is concerning her.
