I actually was just laying down to take a nap, & Frank called.

I told him there's a lot of pissed of people & that his boss's digits are now in the public domain. I asked him if Leading Points was about to bail & he said that's ridiculous.
I told him the SP is ridiculous & that their one time biggest fan (smitter) took a 23k tax loss on this piece of shit.

He said they've got a lot of stuff in the works, contracts etc... But they learned their lesson with the fluff PRs so they're waiting till its concrete news.

Asked him about the name change, he said their attorneys were working on some things...
Said something about acquiring or merging with Inex since their main focus as of late has been the BG checker.

He said a cusip/name change is still on the table & combined with contract news should loosen the grip of the MM's and it should see a lot better days.

Said this should all start happening within 30 days.
