This is what I know. There is a company called Epiq who was/is responsible for getting ballots to your broker. In my case, they sent to a name at Charles Schwab who either isnt an employeee or never was (you can see this on the court documents www.kccllc.com. GO TO view all restructuring cases. Then CLICK ON Chemtura. CHOOSE court documents (ON THE LEFT HAND SIDE) DOCKET NUMBER 3665. On this document is the name CHRISTINE AZZARO 646-282-2400. I encourge people to call her and ask why they havent recieved ballots.

Our council is very aware of this situation and is doing what they can to rectify. It would be extremely helpful if you could respond by whether or not you have been able to vote and roughly where you are located (I think state would be fine)
