its a very good thing. the hourly indicators are resetting after flipping psar. the lower the volume until enough time passes for them to reset the better. a flat move is great here, slightly up even better. we should be at 10, that would be a great place to end the day.

still may take a few days to consolidate here but yes a base is forming which will lead to an upwards move. just not sure it will be as strong as last time. then again last time it faltered so maybe this will be better :)
