BOD - A Thought
At some point, there really needs to be a serious geologist/mining person on the BOD or operating the company. I bought CMKX for its very likely prospect of having the goods in the ground, but as the months go by, I have heard little, if anything about drilling in FALC. These BOD PR’s confuse me some because maybe we will forget the minerals completely, and become a pure car racing company, or a music company, or maybe do black work for the CIA or FBI.
Though I am kidding mostly, I do have a great candidate for CEO or head of operations that already is in our sphere, and I am talking about Barry Rayment, mentioned as a consultant in a SGGM PR months ago. Mr. Rayment, as former CEO of BGO gold company, developed one of the richest gold discoveries in many years in a place hard to do business- Russia. While CEO he built BGO into a company with an enterprise value of $1 billion and is still on the BOD of BGO. Prior to his work at BGO, Mr. Rayment had a particular expertise in developing mines in Ecuador, another place hard to do business in,which I hope is not a coincidence. A man of his caliber would have access to people and all the money we would ever need to develop our land, not to mention he would bring true credibility to CMKX if anyone in current management cares.
If anyone has Urban’s home number, please remind him that Mr. Rayment is already in our sphere and I hope he is available starting immediately.
Hopefully the next BOD appointment won’t be Barry Bonds, or as Zen has so aptly suggested, Sponge Bob.
