Very nice compiling. The one caveat is the $55MM. This i not a CBIS deficit. Look at Year end 2008 on the 10-K. It already existed. This is a shell that CBIS merged into in March of 2009. When you list the balance sheet items you need to include the cumulative deficit. This is not applicable to CBIS since it already existed before they did.
