Careful what you wish for. You seem to forget that those records which were seized when the arrests occurred were the basis for the Federal criminal indictments that came later. What exculpatory evidence do you think might have been overlooked? In my opinion, if Silverman does look at those records, Chapter 7 will follow in short order.
