On another note: anyone find that there is any cause for concern over the 6Mill$ "note" or convertible debt (per pdgood, for example) that shareholders ought to be concerned about?

I'd rather us find answers now rather than be pissed later. Me, my family and partners who normally do DD are all on vacation so I have not really gotten into it here. Has anyone else?

PS- I am not bashing, etc. I have bought, held & accumulated here for months but I don't recall any of our prelim DD raising any concerns. Now that the pps is expected to increase pretty significantly I'd like to know if anyone found or knows of anything potentially negative/significant that even worries or concerns them.
