This judgment is likely interlocutory in that the judge cannot yet determine the damages until the final judgment is made in the underlying case. This is because the contract provided for a split of the award or judgment that has not yet been entered by the parties in the form of the settlement.

In other words, if this is true, Nathan has won his petition in intervention and only the calculation of award remains. After review of the agreement, this appears to be a substantial piece of the "old" OMDA pie.
