Cast Iron: You were correct in pointing out that Shot Spirits Corporation is currently in default status with the SOS of Nevada.

The fact that the original Nevada incorporation happened in 1994 has nothing to do with the current "default" status. As previously posted, there have been many names and PK tickers since then.

Clearly, SSPT did not pay the annual fees or file the annual list to keep the corporation in good status.

It seems that the company is not even trying to keep the corporation in good status.
