I agree Double E. Over the past several months SMVI has hit the .002 two or three times with very little shares purchased at .002, however, we see millions of shares sold below .002 the past 2 days.

IMO I believe someone or something has been hurt by SMVI and is not wanting the pps to increase, for when substantially good news breaks pretty much for the month of August you would guess the pps would go up significantly!

So the million dollar question remains, why and who would sell at .0016 and where are the shares coming from?
