I just got off the phone with Rick,spent about 30 minutes on the phone.

First let me say that Sooner is a cereal caller that could be considered Bi-Polar, his communication with Rick can go from pleasant to calling him anything and everything.

The 2008 financials are complete and the 2009 are in the process and they will be released together, it is a rather lengthy process because there is 1 set to answer the SEC questions and 1 set to file so it is an involved process. Rick believes that having those 2 years completed and filed by the end of September would not be impossible.

There is a JV possibility in the works but that would require completed financials and removal of the CE. The company has proven reserves and reserve reports and has been successful at raising capital on it own.

A Reverse Split will have to make sense, in other words something tangible that will make the reverse split balance on both sides. Then dilution would be a step taken to purchase assets.

In my opinion Rick is working diligently on getting the ticker straightened out and for those of us that have been holding this long the end of September is not that far off. Rick made no promises of .03 PPS or any of that but we did agree that he and I would get together again in a couple of weeks and update things here on the board. Rick plans on addressing the shareholders as he gets some dates that are more concrete than those he has now.

I came away feeling better, certainly glad that I am not bipolar.
